I am looking for some good ideas on baby boy names?

We like the name Israel but at this point I'm torn! I don't want him teased for any reason. I do like biblical names but most are so common. I also like Abraham, Daniel, Eliam.


Don't like James,Nathaniel,Ezekial,


Our first son is David Michael.

Reply:Unfortunately, kids can find something to make fun of kids for that has nothing to do with their names. I realize you don't want to hand them something on a silver platter, but you really can't let that dictate what you name your child. If you really love the name and feel strongly that it is what he should be called, then you just name him that, and work on making him strong enough to handle it if someone does make fun of him. My kids have unusual names, and they've had some strong reactions to them, but it doesn't bother them.
