I don't see why not...? It flows well.. It doesn't trip up the tounge, and the only problem I could imagine withit is if your chld was unfortunate enough to have a speech impediment where he prounonced his L's as W's as in "Cowin Wink". But that is something most kids grow out of, and can happen with any 'L' name!
GL!
Baby boy name-Colin Joseph Link, some friends have said that its not good to have "lin" in both names?
You can name your baby whatever you want to!
I guess I can sort of see the point, if he doesn't use his middle name or initial, like at school, his name would read as Colin Link, so the 'lin' and the 'lin' are right next to eachother. I still don't see a problem with it, as it's pronounced differently.
Reply:I think it is fine since the "lin" is at the end and then at the beginning. I would not have even noticed that. It is not like Jeff Jefferson or something. I like the name.
Good luck!
Reply:Yeah, I don't think its good to have Lin in both names, but I still like it. I like the name Colin, too. Joseph is okay. Colin and Joseph sound good toghether.
Reply:In this case it's fine because of the "ing" sound in Link.
Colin Joseph Link. I'm quite sure you don't pronounce your name as Colin Joseph Lyn (k)
Reply:Try Colin Joseph Lyn
Reply:if mommy and daddy like it then it will be fine im suree. and it depends on your opinion, not others.hope i helped.:]
